Mr. Hai graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Computing Science in 1984, and then pursued a Post Graduate Course in Computer Graphics in Germany (1988). In 1995, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Computing Studies from the University of New England, New South Wales, Australia.

Mr. Hai worked as a Project Manager for a French Outsourcing Project from 1992 – 1993 and as an Information Technology Manager for the Caterpillar dealership for Vietnam (1995 – 1998). He was the co-founder and technical director of ELINCO Co. Ltd, an information technology and electronics enterprise in Vietnam, where he worked from 1998 – 2003. In 2000, he co-founded VietSoftware Inc., where he held the title of Vice General Director and Chief Technology Officer. From 2005 to 2007, he had worked as the acting head of the center for training and technology transfer of the National Institute of Strategy for Post and Telecom and Information Technology, Ministry of Information and Communication of Vietnam.

2006, VietSoftware International, formerly IT Outsourcing division of VietSoftware Inc. was officially established. Since December 2011 he becomes the Chairman to lead and govern the company together with his partners.

HÀ KHÁNH TÙNG: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Tùng graduated with a degree in Information Technology from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2015. He joined VietSoftware International the same year. Over more than 10 years of service at VSII, Mr. Tùng has held various key positions including Developer, Team Lead, Project Manager, and SCS Director. In July 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and became a member of the Board of Management.

Mr. Tùng has extensive experience in delivering large-scale projects for major financial and banking institutions in Vietnam. The systems he has worked on include Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Enterprise Content Management/Business Process Management (ECM/BPM), and Core Banking platforms…etc.

His appointment as CEO marks a significant milestone in Mr. Tùng’s professional journey at VietSoftware International.

NGUYỄN HỒNG HẠNH: VICE GENERAL DIRECTOR, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, BOARD MEMBER

Ms. Hanh is responsible for the back office functions including accounting & finance, human resources and administration.

Ms. Hanh holds a Bachelor Degree in English Language (Hanoi Foreign Languages University) and Master Degree in International Accounting (Swinburne University, Australia).

Before joining VSII, she worked as Deputy General Manager of Yamagata Vietnam Co., Ltd., and prior to that she had worked at the key positions in some international organizations and companies.

Mr. Tình graduated in Information Technology from the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 2005. He has completed project management training and obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification in 2009.

Mr. Tình joined VietSoftware International in 2006 and has continued working with the company to this day. He was one of the key founding members involved in the IBM Offshore Development Center (ODC) project. During his tenure at VietSoftware, Mr. Tình has held various roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, and Senior Manager. He possesses extensive experience in system design, architecture design, and technical solutions.

From 2014 to 2023, Mr. Tình served as Director of the IBM ODC, overseeing a team of 82 personnel. He has accumulated 15 years of experience working on IBM-related projects from 2008 to 2023.

In July 2025, Mr. Tình was appointed Vice General Director and became a member of the Board of Management of VietSoftware International

VŨ ĐÌNH HÙNG: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO), BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Hùng is Chief Technology Officer and Board of Management member at VietSoftware International, guiding its technology vision and innovation strategy. With over 20 years in IT, he brings strong technical expertise and leadership, focused on digital transformation in Vietnam’s finance and banking sectors.

He earned his Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2002, and later received an AOTS scholarship to study “Advanced IT” in Japan in 2005.

Joining VietSoftware International in 2008, Mr. Hùng rose through roles including Technical Lead, Solution Architect, and Product Development Director, spearheading advanced SOA and BPM systems for financial institutions. As CTO since 2024, he oversees the company’s tech roadmap, engineering culture, and product development. In 2025, he joined the Board of Management, contributing to strategic planning and governance.

He holds certifications from TIBCO and IBM in SOA, BPM, and ECM. Known for his mentorship, strategic thinking, and ability to bridge business and technology, Mr. Hùng remains a key driver of enterprise IT leadership
